Terms of Use

Effective date: June 15, 2026

PurposePath is a household organization tool. By using the app, families agree to use it responsibly and to review important education requirements independently.

Parent Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for the information they add, the tasks they assign, and how children use the app.

Education and Graduation Records

PurposePath may help organize homework, curriculum, credits, volunteer hours, student records, transcripts, and graduation planning. Families should always verify requirements with their school, district, state, county, umbrella school, evaluator, and any college, university, scholarship, or program they plan to use.

Accounts

Parents are responsible for keeping login information private and for managing child profile passwords, family hub devices, and invite codes.

Subscriptions and Refunds

PurposePath may offer a Free plan and a Premium subscription. Premium access is connected to the family account and continues while the subscription is active. Subscriptions can be canceled to prevent future billing. PurposePath offers a 7-day courtesy refund window for first-time subscription purchases; after 7 days, the current billing period is not refunded.

Acceptable Use

Families may not use PurposePath to upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content, or to attempt to interfere with the app or other users.

Changes and Availability

PurposePath may change features, fix bugs, improve the app, or experience occasional downtime. The app is provided as a planning and organization tool, not as legal, educational, financial, or medical advice.
